Bananas and Maple Syrup

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana

  • 1-2 tablespoon maple syrup


Instructions:

  1. Chop banana into slices

  2. Drizzle maple syrup on top


Optional:

  • Heat it up on a pan for 5-7 minutes, for maple syrup to carmelize


It's as simple as that! A quick one minute to prepare and a delicious yet energetic snack will arise!
