Chicken Gravy

Ingredients:
1/2 kg chicken
3/2 tablespoon coconut oil
1 medium sized onion (cut into cubes)
1 medium sized tomato
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
10-15 curry leaves
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon shredded coconut
1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/4 glass of water
Coriander leaves
Add ons:
1/8 squeezed lemon
Instructions:
Add 1 tablespoon coconut oil and listed amounts of onion, tomato, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt, and shredded coconut onto a pan
Sautée the ingredients for 5-7 minutes
Add water
Sautée until raw smell is eliminated
Let ingredients cool for 10-15 minutes
Grind the ingredients in a mixer until paste-liquid form is acquired
Add 1/2 tablespoon oil and specified amounts of mustard seeds and chicken
Stir fry for 5-10 minutes
Pour contents into a pressure cooker
If gravy is too thick, add 1/4 cup of water
Leave the cooker for 3 whistles
Garnish with coriander leaves
If gravy is too watery, occasionally stir until desired consistency
