Indian Stir Fry Chicken

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 kg chicken
1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
5-6 curry leaves
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 glass water
Preparation:
Wash chicken and caut in desirable tiny pieces
Instructions:
Pour oil, mustard seeds, and curry leaves in a pan
Cut 1 medium sized onion into cubes
Fry on medium heat
Add ginger garlic paste onto pan
Sauté for 1 minute
Place chicken on pan
Stir until water starts oozing out of chicken
Add chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and salt
*If at this stage chicken seems too dry, add 1/4 cup of water
Place all ingredients into a pressure cooker
Wait for 3 whistles
Plan all ingredients back onto pan
Sauté until water is drained
Add curry leaves
