Base~
¼ teaspoon cumin seeds
¼ teaspoon coriander seeds
4-5 curry leaves
4-5 coriander leaver
4-5 peppercorns
¼ teaspoon turmeric
¼ teaspoon salt
12 ounce water
Add-ons~
¼ medium size onion chopped
1 celery stick cut into cubes
1 small carrot cut into cubes
Any vegetable of choice can be added, but make sure to introduce them to the body slowly
Place ingredients together in a pressure cooker for 7-9 whistles, lasting approximately for 30 minutes at max. Once opened, squeeze about ¼ of a small lemon.
