Mutton Bone Broth (1 Leg)

Base~

  • ¼ teaspoon cumin seeds

  • ¼ teaspoon coriander seeds

  • 4-5 curry leaves

  • 4-5 coriander leaver

  • 4-5 peppercorns

  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • 12 ounce water


Add-ons~

  • ¼ medium size onion chopped

  • 1 celery stick cut into cubes

  • 1 small carrot cut into cubes

  • Any vegetable of choice can be added, but make sure to introduce them to the body slowly


Place ingredients together in a pressure cooker for 7-9 whistles, lasting approximately for 30 minutes at max. Once opened, squeeze about ¼ of a small lemon.
