Okra Stir Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds

  • 1 medium sized onion

  • 1/4 kg okra

  • 1/4 tablespoon chili powder

  • 1/4 tablespoon coriander powder

  • 1/4 tablespoon cumin powder

  • 1/4 tablespoon turmeric powder

  • 3/4 teaspoon salt


Preparation

  • cut okra in 1/4 inch cubes

  • cut onion in desired cubes


Instructions:

  1. Stir oil, mustard seeds, onion, okra in a pan for 5-10 minutes

  2. Add chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and salt

  3. If okra look too dry, sprinkle 1/8 cup of water until moist

  4. Stir fry for 5-10 minutes
