Okra Stir Fry

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil
1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 medium sized onion
1/4 kg okra
1/4 tablespoon chili powder
1/4 tablespoon coriander powder
1/4 tablespoon cumin powder
1/4 tablespoon turmeric powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
cut okra in 1/4 inch cubes
cut onion in desired cubes
Instructions:
Stir oil, mustard seeds, onion, okra in a pan for 5-10 minutes
Add chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and salt
If okra look too dry, sprinkle 1/8 cup of water until moist
Stir fry for 5-10 minutes
